Upcoming Trainings
AARCO provides trainings to help RCOs run smoothly by providing trainings on strategic planning, sustainability training, national standards and elements to provide best practices, best services, and preform efficiently. This is done through virtual and live classes as well as mentoring from existing RCOs.
Needs Assessment/ Resource Training
This training will help determine what is needed to impact the RCO's service area and population while considering existing services, how to fill gaps and how to gain resources. These are the initial steps toward development of a strategic plan.
Data Usage
This class will focus on understanding data types and usage for reporting, obtaining funding, and making decisions about program modifications. Ways to collect data and resources for data will be discussed.
